Working with you or your builder
Some homeowners manage their own extension and bring in trades directly. Others use a main contractor who needs a reliable bricklaying team. We are happy to work either way. Either way you get one point of contact, clear communication and a team that turns up when we say we will.
Built to the drawings and to building regulations
We build to your architect’s or designer’s drawings and the building regulations: correct cavity widths, insulation, wall ties, damp proof courses, cavity trays and lintels. That makes building control inspections straightforward and gives you a sound, warm, dry extension.
Planning, party walls and paperwork
Many single storey rear extensions fall under permitted development, while others need planning permission from Bexley Council or Dartford Borough Council. If your extension is close to or on the boundary, the Party Wall Act may apply. These need to be in place before we start, and we are happy to talk through the order of works with you or your designer.
