What we collect
When you send an enquiry through this website we collect the details you give us, which may include your name, phone number, email address, postcode, the service you are interested in and your message. We also keep a record of the page you sent the enquiry from and when it was sent.
How we use it
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, arrange a visit, provide a quote and carry out any work you ask us to do. Our lawful basis is your consent and the steps needed to enter into a contract with you. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are stored securely on this website and in our customer management system, which is provided by trusted third party software providers acting on our behalf. We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, and for up to six years after a job for our business and legal records.
